50-cent stamp depicts a violet sailor sea shell, with incorrect inscription "Janthina globosa"; in 1974 a corrected version is issued inscribed "Janthina janthina";
70-cent stamp depicts a pearly nautilus sea shell, with incorrect inscription "Nautilus pompileus"; in 1974 a corrected version is issued inscribed "Nautilus pompilius".

1976 April 15

Kenya

3-shilling stamp depicts a telephone with 8 dialing holes, and another with 9 (both should have 10).
