30-cent stamp depicts Olympic rings in an incorrect configuration.

Approximate value: US$0.25 (Scott 2018).

2009 January 21

Malaysia

$5 stamp depicts the plain-pouched hornbill, but omits the intended label of the country name and year in the top left corner. The stamp was withdrawn February 3.

2011 June 13

Malaysia

Promotion of virtues.
60-sen stamp depicts "Thank You" in English, Bahasa Malasia, Mandarin, and Hindi, but omitting Tamil by error of the issuing committee. The stamp set is withdrawn, revised, and re-issued July 18.
