13- and 31-cent stamps depict stylized sheet of stamps. A magnifying glass showing close-up of one stamp should show the row of horizontal perforations that it is centered over. Or, if it represents a double-high stamp, then how are the upper and lower perforations magnified to double size, with the vertical height of the stamp barely being magnified? And where are the left side perforations of this stamp?
