  • 20th: 2004 - Five British men are released from detention at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay. After they land at RAF Brize Norton, four of them are immediately arrested for questioning.
  • 15th: 2009 - Death of George Hedges, Hollywood lawyer and archaeologist, at age 57 in South Pasadena, California.
  • 5th: 2019 - Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, a Boeing 737 MAX 8 bound for Nairobi, crashes shortly after takeoff from Addis Ababa killing all 157 people on board. All Boeing 737 MAX aircraft are subsequently grounded worldwide.
