  • 1925 - Disney completes the 24th Alice Comedy film, Alice Rattled by Rats.
  • 1927 - Warner Brothers releases The Jazz Singer, the first motion picture with sound.
  • 1963 - The NBC TV network airs the Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color show, featuring The Horse Without a Head, part two.
  • 1968 - The NBC TV network airs the Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color show, entitled Pacifically Peeking, with Moby Duck.
  • 1970 - In the case of the Sierra Club against the U.S. Forest Service over Disney's proposed Mineral King ski resort, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals agrees with the Sierra Club to let the injunction against commencing the project stand until the Supreme Court could make its ruling on the case.
  • 1974 - The NBC TV network airs The Wonderful World of Disney show, featuring Return of the Big Cat, part one.
  • 1983 - Disney premieres the live-action feature film Never Cry Wolf in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
  • 1984 - Disneyland striking workers are told they will be fired if they don't go back to work by the 10th.
  • 1989 - A new "Disneyland" marquee is installed at Disneyland.
  • 1989 - Buena Vista releases the Touchstone Pictures live-action feature film An Innocent Man to theaters.
  • 1992 - Disney announces plans to build three resorts with over 4500 rooms, and a water theme park at Walt Disney World. The resorts will have sports, music, and wilderness themes.
  • 1993 - Premier Cruise Lines announces it is dropping the appearance of Disney characters from its cruise ships as of April 1, 1994.
  • 1995 - Buena Vista Pictures generally releases the Hollywood Pictures live-action feature film Dead Presidents to theaters in the USA.
  • 1995 - Disney releases the film One Hundred and One Dalmatians on laserdisc in Japan, for 4841 Yen.
  • 2002 - The A Bug's Land area opens at Disney's California Adventure.
  • 2002 - The Flik's Fun Fair attraction opens in the A Bug's Land area in Disney's California Adventure.
  • 2009 - Disney releases the animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs on DVD and Blu-Ray. Price for "Diamond Edition" is US$39.99; price for "Limited Edition Collector's Set" is US$249.
  • 2014 - The Anna & Elsa's Boutique shop opens in the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland.
