  • 1926 - Disney completes the 29th Alice Comedy film, Alice's Little Parade.
  • 1930 - The first Mickey Mouse comic strip is published, in the New York Mirror. The strip is initially written by Walt Disney, and drawn by Ub Iwerks.
  • 1934 - The Silly Symphony film The China Shop is released to theaters.
  • 1934 - The Mickey Mouse film Shanghaied is released to theaters. Minnie Mouse also appears.
  • 1938 - The film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs has its New York premiere, at Radio City Music Hall.
  • 1939 - The Donald Duck film Donald's Lucky Day is released to theaters.
  • 1942 - Disney delivers the film All Together to the National Film Board of Canada. The film includes Mickey Mouse and the gang, plus Pinocchio and Geppetto.
  • 1947 - The first Merry Menagerie comic strip is published in newspapers, drawn by Bob Grant, written by Bob Karp.
  • 1963 - The NBC TV network airs the Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color show, entitled Little Dog Lost.
  • 1974 - The NBC TV network airs The Wonderful World of Disney show, featuring The Whiz Kid and the Mystery at Riverton, part two.
  • 1986 - Disney announces an upcoming stock split, four for one, as of February 10.
  • 1989 - Disney generally releases the film Beaches to theaters.
  • 1989 - The NBC TV network airs The Magnificent World of Disney: Davy Crockett: Guardian Spirit.
  • 1990 - The Walt Disney World Swan hotel opens in Walt Disney World.
  • 1992 - Disney stops filling distributors' orders for videotapes of the film Fantasia. Sales of videos of the film total over 14 million, making it the best-selling video of all time.
  • 1998 - The video title Belle's Magical World is released to home video in the USA. It contains the films Perfect Word, Broken Wing, and Fifi's Folly.
  • 2001 - The TV series Disney's House of Mouse premieres, part of Disney's One Saturday Morning.
  • 2002 - In Hollywood, Disney premieres the film Snow Dogs.
  • 2006 - Disney releases the film Glory Road to theaters in the USA.
  • 2012 - Disney re-releases Beauty and the Beast in a 3-D version.
  • 2012 - Disney releases the animated short film Tangled Ever After to theaters.
