- 1993 - The Disney Channel airs Bing!: His Legendary Years, a biography of Bing Crosby.
- 1994 - The Walt Disney Company creates the Disney Interactive division by merging the Disney Software division with the Walt Disney Television and Telecommunications division. The division will develop and license interactive multimedia products on CD-ROM for computers, and cartridges for Sega and Nintendo video game systems. The products will be distributed by Buena Vista Home Video.
- 1995 - Walt Disney Home Video releases the film The Santa Clause in the US on videocassette, and on laserdisc for US$29.99.
- 1997 - The Beauty and the Beast stage show opens in Stuttgart, Germany.
- 2008 - The Sleeping Beauty Castle walk-through attraction re-opens in Disneyland.
