  • 1959 - The ABC TV network airs the Walt Disney Presents TV show, featuring the eighth "Tales of Texas John Slaughter" episode, Wild Horse Revenge.
  • 1960 - The ABC TV network airs the Walt Disney Presents TV show, featuring the second "Daniel Boone" episode, And Chase the Buffalo.
  • 1963 - Buena Vista pre-releases Disney's live-action feature film The Three Lives of Thomasina to selected theaters in New York.
  • 1966 - The NBC TV network airs the Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color show, entitled Joker, the Amiable Ocelot.
  • 1970 - Disney premieres the animated feature film The Aristocats in Los Angeles, California.
  • 1976 - The NBC TV network airs NBC All-Disney Saturday Night at the Movies featuring Lt. Robin Crusoe, U.S.N. and Nature's Half Acre.
  • 1982 - The CBS TV network airs the Walt Disney show, entitled Winnie the Pooh and Friends.
  • 1988 - The NBC TV network airs the special Disneyland's All-Star Comedy Circus.
  • 1990 - Maldives issues ten postage stamps depicting Disney characters in Aesop's Fables.
  • 1992 - Disney releases the Walt Disney Pictures live-action feature film The Muppet Christmas Carol to theaters. The film was produced by Jim Henson Productions.
  • 1996 - Michael Eisner hands Michael Ovitz the press release announcing Ovitz' resignation as president.
  • 1998 - Buena Vista releases the Walt Disney Pictures live-action feature film The Parent Trap to theaters in Great Britain.
  • 1998 - Buena Vista Pictures releases the Touchstone Pictures live-action feature film Rushmore to theaters in the US.
  • 2005 - The Fox Broadcasting Company airs The Simpsons TV show in the US. Someone says "... to the voice of Buzz Lightyear, Tim Allen".
  • 2009 - Disney releases the animated feature film The Princess and the Frog to theaters in the US.
