  • 1927 - Film Booking Offices releases the Alice Comedy film Alice's Circus Daze to theaters. This film debuts Lois Hardwick as Alice, the fourth and final actor of the series.
  • 1930 - Disney completes the Silly Symphony film Night.
  • 1936 - The Silly Symphony film Three Little Wolves is released to theaters.
  • 1947 - The Donald Duck film Straight Shooters is released. Huey, Dewey, and Louie also appear.
  • 1953 - The Mickey Mouse film The Simple Things is released. Pluto also appears.
  • 1983 - The Disney Channel, a cable-TV network, begins broadcasting, at 7:00 AM, with a show called Good Morning, Mickey. The service runs for 18 hours per day.
  • 1983 - The Disney Channel begins airing the EPCOT Magazine show.
  • 1983 - The Disney Channel begins airing the series You and Me, Kid.
  • 1983 - The Disney Channel begins airing the series New! Animal World.

  • 1997 - Joining of the two halves of the Disney Magic cruise ship is complete.
  • 1998 - Disney launches the Toon Disney cable television network.
  • 1998 - The name of the Festival of Foods area in Frontierland at Disneyland is changed back to Big Thunder Barbecue.
  • 1998 - The Hunchback of Notre Dame show in Frontierland at Disneyland closes.
  • 2002 - The Primeval Whirl roller coaster opens in Chester & Hester's Dino-Rama! in DinoLand U.S.A. in Disney's Animal Kingdom in Walt Disney World.
  • 2003 - Disney releases the Walt Disney Pictures film Holes to theaters in the US.
  • 2010 - The ABC Family Original Movie Beauty and the Briefcase airs.
  • 2014 - Disney releases the Disneynature film Bears to theaters in the USA.
