  • 1926 - Disney ships the Alice Comedy film Alice the Fire Fighter to M.J. Winkler Productions.
  • 1951 - The Pluto film Plutopia is released. Mickey Mouse also appears.
  • 1986 - The ABC TV network airs The Disney Sunday Movie, two films entitled Fuzzbucket and The Deacon Street Deer.
  • 1993 - American Broadcasting Company airs the Full House TV show in the USA. The show takes place at Walt Disney World, showing many street characters, and many attractions.
  • 1995 - Disney announces it is buying 25% of the California Angels baseball team from owner Gene Autry.
  • 1995 - The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage division invites Disney executives to preview changes in Disney cuisine.
  • 1997 - The Fox Broadcasting Company airs The Simpsons TV show in the US. A child says "Wow, I can't believe we're going to Disneyland!", when in fact the family is driving him to military school. Later, the parents say they are taking the kids to Disneyland for real, when in fact they arrive at the dentist. A few recognizable notes of "It's a Small World" are played.
  • 2003 - Disney premieres the film Finding Nemo in Hollywood, California.
  • 2004 - Buena Vista Home Entertainment releases a DVD set of Disney Treasures: Walt Disney on the Front Lines.
  • 2004 - Buena Vista Home Entertainment releases a DVD set of Disney Treasures: Mickey Mouse in Living Color, Volume 2.
  • 2004 - Buena Vista Home Entertainment releases a DVD set of Disney Treasures: The Chronological Donald Duck, Volume 1.
  • 2004 - Buena Vista Home Entertainment releases a DVD set of Disney Treasures: Walt Disney's Tomorrowland.
  • 2007 - Ten wireless hot spots are opened at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, on the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. Users with a Nintendo DS and the game Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End can download extra content at these hot spots not available anywhere else.
  • 2008 - The Fox Broadcasting Company airs The Simpsons TV show in the US. The "Krustketeers" is a reference to the Disney Mouseketeers. A song also mimics the "Mickey Mouse" song. A modern-day reunion of members includes an angry "Cubby".
