7-, 15-, 35-, 50-thebe stamps depict illustrations of Halley's Comet, with missing apostrophe in caption.
50-thebe stamp depicts the comet making a sharp course change in the sky.

5-afghani stamp depicts a praying mantis, with wrong inscription "Les Reptiles", as an insect is not a reptile;

11-afghani stamp depicts a scorpion, with wrong inscription "Les Reptiles", as an insect is not a reptile.

Norfolk Island

90-cent stamp is captioned "Governor Philip meeting the Home Society" instead of "Home Secretary". A corrected version was issued in December.
